Tired of your radio stations rotating the same ten songs? Tired of not being able to get through to request what you wanna hear and when you do get through its all about the masses. Well look no further!
DJ WISHBONE
From the ripe age of 16 in the early 80’s DJ Johnny Wishbone has been DJ-in. It goes way back to the classic days of the hip hop movie classic “Wild Style”, to being at the Queens park jams and being around the sounds of the “Disco Twins” or being around the influence of Herby “Luv-Bug” Azor.
Wishbone studied hip hop and the art of DJ-in and DJ’s idolizing the likes of “Jam Master Jay” (R.I.P), “Jazzy Jay”, ”Kool Herc”, Africa Bambatta”, Grandmaster Flash”, “Jazzy Jeff”, “Tat Money”, “Marley Marl”, “Chuck Chill out”, “Red Alert” and “Clark Kent”. From those guys Wishbone knew DJ-in was his calling!
Doing house parties (as all DJ’s start) and distributing local mix TAPES (Not CD’s) in his neighborhood of “East Elmhurst\Corona Queens” got the “WB” his 1st recognition and acknowledgement as a DJ.
The party scene\club action is the Wishbone’s 1st love, 500-1500 people or more is what the “WB” likes to see. “Tearing down the building is the motto” putting together crowd rocking sets mixed with Hip Hop and R&B, old school hip hop and classic R&B dating back to the late 70’s early 80’s. Being of Bahamian background and upbringing a Reggae set is always bound to go down when Wish plays.
DJ-in has bought the “WB” various travels all around the world out of the country overseas to Paris and beyond. Through the company “1029 Entertainment/Glamma

Kanye "Runaway" the Movie
Ok so we all saw the debut of this track on the MTV Music awards. Some say it was a snooze but I say it was kinda refreshing to see Kanye back on the seen & poking fun at himself. Since the debut every wannabe producer has thrown up their own remake, remix or renot on Youtube. Ive never seen anything like it but I think it has a lot to do with his MTV music award performance. How many producers actually produce on stage. nice touch.
Moving along. The video just dropped and its actually being called "Runaway the Movie" Its about 37 mins long & I love it. Kanye on direction, written by Hype Williams (we all know he's that dude) & Victoria Secret model Selita Ebanks did her thing on the acting. Im not gonna give it away I will let you be the judge but what I will say is that it has a "Fifth Element" vibe and some of the tracks in the movie are DOPE. (Did I just say that?) There's a scene where Selita is in the garden.. Dope track! There's a scene where they are eattin at a dinner table.. the track that plays at the beginning DOPE!!! These are tracks from his upcoming album My beautiful dark twisted fantasy.
Although Kanye hasnt made his final decison on which out of hte five album covers he will use I posted this one because I thought it was interesting. Its like an abstract jungle fever. Is it just me or does it look like he's givin her the stick?
